Group walks are a great way to socialise your dog giving both mental and physical stimulation, but are not suitable for all dogs. Solo dog walks are ideal for nervous or anxious dogs, dogs who are not comfortable in a group setting or dogs who are reactive to other dogs or people and need plenty of support and space. Group walks absolutely have a place and are predominantly offered by dog walkers. But at Marley's Mutts UK we offer a premium dog walking service and put the needs of your best friend first. We offer solo dog walks or group walks with a maximum of 3 dogs. That way your dog can have our undivided attention and we make their walk about them, and not about how many dogs we can cram in a car or let off lead at the nearest park. We meet up with other dog walkers and monitor interactions closely so if your dog is happy to play we can stay, and if they’re uncomfortable we leave. Halina reads and understands dog body language and is trained in canine first aid so should an off lead dog approach and a fight starts, or your dog is injured on the walk, she is well equipped to deal with the situation no matter the circumstances.
