Ginger and Tails

Every walk is carefully planned. Groups are intentionally small and thoughtfully matched, based not just on size of dog or breed, but on temperament, confidence, play style and emotional and physical needs. I pay close attention to body language, stress signals and how each dog responds to different environments. Exercise matters, but so does stimulation, predictability, and feeling safe. Some dogs need adventure and freedom. Others need routine, reassurance and time to decompress. My role is to notice those differences and adjust where I need to. Group walks are 50 minutes from the moment we start walking, with no travel time taken off. Walks are enrichment-led, with plenty of sniffing - I don’t use toys or balls, as I want dogs to get their stimulation from their environment. We walk in natural locations, which can get muddy in winter. I’ll towel down or rinse off any poo rollers, but a bit of dirt usually means a dog has had a great time! Every dog wears a collar with one of my GPS trackers for each walk. I have limited spaces available covering specific areas of CO2 and CO3 and walks take place Mondays to Fridays.
