Train & Nourish is a specialist dog training and canine wellbeing service based in the East Midlands, offering a holistic and personalised approach to supporting dogs and their guardians. Whether you’re starting out with a new puppy, managing reactivity, or looking to meet your dog’s natural needs through enrichment-based training, we’re here to help. Founded by Em, a qualified and passionate trainer with a background in rescue, rehabilitation and canine nutrition, Train & Nourish blends science-based methods with real-world practicality and compassion. We understand that every dog is an individual, and our training is designed to build confidence, calmness, optimism, and a strong human-canine bond. We offer a range of services including: • Small group classes such as Scurry Dog, Scurry Cubs, and Loose Lead Workshops • Our popular Reactive Rascal programme, supporting sensitive dogs through a structured plan • 1-2-1 behaviour consults for more complex challenges • Ongoing support through WhatsApp check-ins, personalised plans, and collaboration with local vets and physios Our flagship Scurry Dog activities are a fun and enriching way to provide breed-specific outlets for active and working dogs in pet homes. We’re proud to be the UK’s first qualified Scurry Dog Instructor and to be part of a growing network of ethical, supportive professionals. At Train & Nourish, we don’t believe in “quick fixes” or one-size-fits-all training.
