We allow all customers, not just those with assistance dogs, to bring their dogs into all of our John Lewis & Partner shops.
Only Assistance Dogs are allowed in our Catering outlets, Foodhalls, Waitrose outlets and Roof Terraces (including Oxford Street), We reserve the right to say where these are with in our shops.
Dogs must be well behaved, and carried or on a fixed lead. Customers must be in full control of their dogs at all times and are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour. If a dog is disruptive or aggressive in anyway, we can ask the owner with their dog to leave the shop.
It is strongly recommended that customers carry dogs on escalators.

Because I didn’t know until now that your dog friendly and this is a reason why many pooches get left at home while owners go clothes shopping so now I can take mine for the wonderful experience!
