Harper's Cafe, Victoria Park
(2 reviews)
Dogs welcome inside and outside. No problem if you have more than 1 dog. Fresh water bowl outside, which they're happy to refill. Doggy ice-cream and pup-chinos on sale as well as home-made dog treats on occasions. Can get very busy Sat and Sun mornings due to park activities. You can refill your water bottle there. Also has public toilets alongside and a fully kitted out disabled toilet inside the cafe. Great coffee (Lost Sheep) and nice tray bakes and cakes. Lovely sausage rolls and great breakfast rolls (until 11am).

Great coffee, great food, friendly staff who are very approachable and helpful. No problems bringing dogs into the cafe and the majority of dogs (and owners) are well behaved.
