The Rising Sun, Gedney Drove End

A friendly, traditional country pub with a beer garden located in Gedney Drove End, a village in South Holland, Lincolnshire, close to the marshland coast of The Wash, popular with dog walkers, bird spotters and military aviation enthusiasts thanks to the RAF Holbeach air weapons range. We welcome families with children and well-behaved dogs. We serve traditional pub food, well-kept ales and a variety of lagers, ciders and other drinks. We do Sunday roasts and lunchtime specials as well as evening meals and themed evenings (curry night, steak night, etc), and run quizzes and karaoke nights. We have a good sized car park, and are only a short walk away from open countryside and walks along the sea wall. There is also the Pegasus Paddock fully enclosed 1.3 acre dog field with agility equipment, shelter and picnic bench available for exclusive hire very near by.
