The Mad Hatter's Tea Rooms
These are lovely, quirky, beautifully decorated dog friendly tea rooms where the food is wonderful (all home made) and our dog was greeted with 3 dog biscuits and a bowl of water. Scott, the Manager, and Leah, the Supervisor, were very friendly. They spent time talking to us and nothing was too much trouble. You really must visit these tea rooms in the centre of Chester.
