The Dapper Spaniel

The Dapper Spaniel is a gastro pub located in the idyllic town of Rolleston. The co owners Karl and Kat have extensive experience in restaurants and Karl is a highly recommended and accomplished chef.

The restaurant will showcase chef Karl's signature style of traditional British cuisine with a modern twist; ingredients will be premium, sustainable and locally sourced wherever possible. The dining experience will be premium but relaxed, with friendly staff and a welcoming environment.

Most importantly, the bar area and a section of the restaurant will be dog friendly, and even have a special food and drink menu for our canine guests.

We will also be utilizing the onsite accommodation to offer premium bed and breakfast packages to guests; a freshly prepared hot breakfast will be included with the room stay, and on weekends, we will offer brunch service within the restaurant.

We will be open 7 days a week, with special events throughout the year, ongoing offers, and a fantastic outdoor space and beer garden to utilize in the summertime.
