The Ivy Barn Bed & Breakfast is Holbeton's family run, dog friendly B&B in the heart of this delightful quiet village. We are passionate about providing a warm welcome, a peaceful and relaxing place to stay where you will feel at home. Our promise to you is that you will leave here well fed and very well looked after, feeling refreshed.

You will have a comfortable en suite room accommodation with an unusual feature where all rooms have their own entrance on the ground floor. There is ample free parking for all rooms at this Bed and Breakfast.

You are welcome to relax in the guest garden with your dog and a cup of tea or coffee and a book on the swing seat or sit at the table and chairs and soak up the South Devon air.

Ideal for those wishing to just get away from it all and to have a quality, relaxing stay where you can unwind in beautiful surroundings.

Coastal Path walkers are welcome to use The Ivy Barn as a stop over before crossing the River Erme or after crossing it or using as a base to explore various parts of the beautiful South West Coast Path in South Devon.

For walkers there is a bus that goes to Noss Mayo during the week.

You will be 30 minutes away from Dartmoor where you can walk, cycle or horse ride.

You can visit some magnificent beaches within a short drive from The Ivy Barn, including Mothecombe, Coast Guards, Bigbury on Sea, Wembury and many more.

There are the quaint estuary villages/towns of Noss Mayo, Kingsbridge, and Dartmouth to explore and the historical town of Totnes & the Torbay area.

We are open all year round for long stay holidays, weekday or weekend breaks and secure overnight stays for those travelling on the ferry from Plymouth or working in the area.
