The Cow, Dalbury

Previously the well-known Black Cow Pub, the new ‘Cow’’ reopened as a small dog friendly luxury boutique inn offering 12 individually designed, beautiful guest rooms and bathrooms.

Our rooms feature up to date technology with free wifi, ‘Open Key’ door systems and smart TV’s, safe, minibar , Nespresso coffee machine, waffle dressing gowns and Molton Brown toiletries.

Alongside the rooms the property features an informal dining restaurant/bar area, stripped back to reveal the heritage and character of the original 19th century building. We offer a menu of stunning, locally sourced food together with a fine range of drinks, including local ales.

Our rural and peaceful Dalbury Lees location makes us an ideal base for corporate visitors to local industry as well as leisure clients visiting the wonderful Derbyshire & Peak District countryside.

The Cow reopened in Autumn 2017 and we enjoy welcoming old regulars, locals and guests from far and wide.
