Shropshire is such a quiet and rural county that we think it is ideal for pets and their owners, so The Castle Hotel in Bishops Castle has been a pet friendly hotel for many years, and pets stay free of charge.
When booking a room just let us know that you are bringing your dogs with you and we will make sure they are made to feel just as welcome as yourselves. We provide a Dog Welcome Box in the room for your pet which includes a feeding mat, food bowl, drying towel, lead, treats and poo bags.
You are more than welcome to have your dog with you at the table for Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Dinner in our bar areas, just let us know on booking and we will make sure we assign you a Dog Friendly table throughout your stay.
We are awarded Pet Friendly Accommodation status by Shropshire Tourism.

An amazing hotel which is dog friendly in every sense. All the dog's needs are catered for and the staff are clearly dog mad! They could not do more to make your stay a memorable one. Not only are the rooms luxurious, but doggy packs are left to make their stay a pampered one too.
I cant recommend highly enough
