Extremely welcoming, starting with the doggy statue and water bowl in reception. Comfy bed, bowls, and a gift of toys and treats were all provided and ready in the room waiting for us. Staff went out of their way to welcome our dog and advised on the best places for walks, dog-friendly restaurants etc.
