North Hill Farm

North Hill Farm in the Shropshire Hills AONB offers bed and breakfast to suit all pockets, including a cottage also available for self-catering. The rooms have views of the valley with digital TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are named after the birds which live around the farm. 

• Red Kite is a stone-built cottage with a kitchen and private terrace. This comfortable and spacious room is ideal for a longer 'get-away-from-it-all' stay and is also available for self-catering, with optional breakfast. 

 • Chaffinch is our courtyard room, a ground floor double-bedded en suite room with a wonderful view of the valley. It has a walk-in shower with handrails so is suitable for semi-ambulant visitors. In-room refrigerator.

 • Nuthatch is a comfortable double-bedded room in the main house with a choice of private bathrooms. 

  Blue Tit is a twin bedded room with private bathroom.

 * Wagtail is a single room with a 4ft wide bed and private bathroom.

 Well-behaved, clean dogs are welcome and kennels are available if preferred. There are fields where the dogs can be let off the lead for a romp and Red Kite Cottage has an enclosed terrace. Dogs are charged at £5 pn with a maximum of £20 per stay. Conditions apply, one being that dogs must not be left in the rooms unattended. 

We also cater for guests with their own horses.

 Red Kite Cottage: En suite. King size bed plus sofa bed - £60 per person per night; 

Chaffinch: (courtyard double en suite) - £40 - £45 per person per night; 

Nuthatch: (double with private bathroom) - £40 - £45 per person per night; 

Blue tit: (twin with private bathroom) - £40 per person per night.

Wagtail: (single with 4ft bed and private bathroom) — £65 per night; Other rooms for single person  £65 per night; £10 supplement for single nights.
