We have stayed there recently.
There are lovely dog friendly courtyard rooms, where we were given big pet pet bowls and treats for the dogs. The rooms have French doors which open now onto a fully enclosed meadow with grass flowers and lots of places for them to run around. All of the restaurants on site (three of them) are dog friendly, as are the bar and lounge areas. For a quiet break, it is best to avoid any of the Goodwood events. Everywhere on site is very busy if there is any form of racing on, but that is the reason a lot of people go there.
We are going back because we didn’t try all the restaurants on a short break and the dogs loved it. Nearby West Wittering Beach is lovely, although the parking can be expensive, it is best booked online in advance. We had a look round Chichester which was interesting and found some dog friendly walks in woods nearby using the Internet, as we do like to let ours run off lead if possible. A good break with lots of dog friendly places to visit.

Beautiful setting. Lovely facilities. Rooms with doors opening onto grassy square perfect for stay with dog. Very comfortable dog bed provided. We all had a lovely time
