Nestled half way between Swansea and Brecon Craig y Nos Castle is a stunning gothic mansion which looks as though it has leapt straight off the page of a romantic fairytale book. Surrounded by 40 acres of Country Park next door. Plenty of gardens and informal long grassy areas where your dogs can run freely and for ‘comfort breaks’ outside your bedroom door.  A gothic Victorian rambling dog friendly Castle in Wales with inexpensive B&B at £150 first night reducing to £105 B&B for two in an en suite second night. Dogs come free. Lots of tracks a short walk from your bedroom door. Walk down into a welcoming dog friendly Country Park with woodland paths and off the lead open fields for dogs to explore. The shallow waters of the River Tawe run throgh the country park and in summer are cool and clear and safe for a paddle. Nearby wee have a number of dog friendly walking areas, waterfalls, and circular reservoir walks (we are a short country lane's drive from Usk Reservoir and 5 minutes or so from Henrhyd Waterfalls).
