Broadford Youth Hostel

Otters and seals can often be seen in the bay and kayaks can be launched from the pier close by. The hostel is only a short walk from 'Irishman’s Point' which offers superb views over to Raasay and Scalpay. Guests can opt for continental breakfast served in the dining room (please remember to pre-book) or prepare their own meals in the well-equipped self-catering kitchen. Relax in the hostel’s comfortable lounge with a local craft beer or glass of wine and enjoy beautiful views over the bay extending to the mountains of the Applecross peninsula on the mainland. Other facilities include free WiFi, USB charging points in all bedrooms, a laundry and drying room and secure bike storage. Basic provisions, confectionery and soft drinks are available to purchase at reception. There is a public car park in front of the hostel with spaces for approx 23 cars. The hostel is only available on an exclusive private rental basis between November and March.
