From its spectacular seafront location in one of the pettiest fishing villages on the NC500, Ullapool Youth Hostel is a perfect base for dog owners exploring the world famous NC500, offering wonderful, ever-changing views over Loch Broom and the Beinn Dearg mountain range. This warm and welcoming hostel offers guests a variety of private rooms and whilst none of these are en-suite, the hostel has ample shower and washroom facilities.

The hostel is licensed so guests can relax with a craft beer or glass of wine in one of the hostels 2 comfortable lounges, both enjoying views over the loch. WiFi access is free for all guests and other facilities include an excellent laundry and drying room and cycle storage for up to 15 bikes. The hostel is within easy reach of local shops, bars and fine restaurants serving fresh local produce. The bus station with connections to Inverness is only 300m away and you can catch a boat to Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis from the nearby ferry terminal. The hostel is only available on an exclusive private rental basis between November and April.
