Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom ABI Ambleside from the Excellence Range, new for the 2024 season. Friday-to-Friday bookings only; no short breaks available. The accommodation includes one king-size bedroom with an ensuite shower room and one twin bedroom with a separate shower room nearby. Additionally, there is a pull-out double bed in the sitting room, allowing a maximum occupancy of 6 people, which must not be exceeded. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in electric oven and microwave, gas hob, full-size dishwasher, and washing machine. Full-size windows at the front, along with sliding patio doors, provide ample natural light. We are situated in a quieter part of Grannie’s Heilan Hame Caravan Park, ensuring peace and tranquility, yet still offering easy access to all facilities and the stunning, award-winning beaches. Our caravan features wraparound decking, providing you with the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the distant sea view. The area in front of the caravan is intentionally left for wildflowers, resulting in an abundance of butterflies and birds to observe. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore from the caravan, as well as lots of birdsong. Despite this proximity to nature, our location is set away from the noise and bustle of the activity areas and beaches. We are a pet-friendly establishment, welcoming a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs (they must be on a lead at all times within the park but plenty of beach and woodland walks nearby). Guests can enjoy nearby access to designated dog-walking areas and the old Dornoch Railway line walk. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the caravan. Grannies Heilan Hame rules must be observed; maximum of 2 dogs, no breeds on the dangerous dog register. Mention the Dog Friendly Facebook page at time of booking to qualify for a 10% discount.
