Welcome to our cottage that sleeps 8, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms set in 550 acres of the Cotswold Water Park. Set in a private gated community with onsite access to: Spa, Gym, 3 heated swimming pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), lakes, various water sports, fishing, soft play area, on-site restaurant/clubhouse. Private free parking, many other local off site activities, pubs, restaurants and 10 minutes drive from Cirencester - known as the Capital of the Cotswolds! Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Two master king-sized bedrooms both with en-suite and balconies, one bunk bed bedroom and one twin bedroom with full bathroom. Downstairs WC and utility room, with Washer / Dryer and an extra integrated fridge A full kitchen with: integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, built in oven, extractor over, hob, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, utensils, cooking pots, pans, serving dishes, variety of glasses, water jug, baking sheets, electric whisk, small soup maker, salt & pepper and complimentary tea, coffee and sugar The open dining area and lounge has capacity to seat 8-10 guests with its extendable dining table, comfortable seating, log burner, travel cot and high chair, Xbox 360 with games, DVD's, books, maps and various games and cards. Outdoors, we have a BBQ, outdoor dining area, and a decked area to enjoy a morning coffee. Please note that the garden is not enclosed so dogs will need to be kept on a long lead to avoid investigating neighbouring properties and avoid chasing any wildlife. There are miles of dog friendly walks around the estate and beyond. We can also recommend additional services including private chef, waitressing, takeaway deliveries, professional photographers, flower delivery, grocery deliveries, dog sitters, dog friendly pubs and restaurants, tuition for water activities..... and the list is growing!
