Yan

Yan is a cosy countryside cottage with a truly bespoke feel. Many features are handcrafted from local timber and together with oak floors and beams it has become a real characterful property. Log effect stove and large sofas allow you to snuggle up and watch Netflix on a 48 smart Tv, while your pooch wanders outside to the enclosed patio to take in all the new sights and sounds and prepares for a magnificent break exploring the Lake District and all it has to offer.

Yan sleeps 3 plus occasional bed for an extra little one. One bathroom with bath and power shower over the bath. Downstairs you have a fully equipped kitchen within an open plan living and dining area.

Up to 2 small dogs or one medium sized housetrained dogs are welcome but we cannot allow dogs to go upstairs in the property for any reason.

Yan is situated in quiet rural countryside, 6 miles from the city of Carlisle and 20 miles to Lake Ullswater our nearest and most magnificent lake. The property is in an ideal location to get away from it all but with easy access to explore the Lakes, Scottish Borders and Hadrians Wall
