Accommodating up to 6 guests, with a lounge, dining room, newly fitted modern kitchen, three large, comfortable bedrooms and a stylish new bathroom. The open plan living room and dining room is light and airy. There is a modern leather 3 seater sofa and two matching tub chairs so this space is fantastic for relaxing after a long day of exploring Whitby or its surrounding areas. The living room also features a large flat screen TV and an original Victorian fireplace. Perfect for relaxing. Next door you’ll find the dining room. With a large pine dining table and 6 pine/cream chairs, this space is light and neutral. Whether you’re cooking yourself a delicious homemade meal or ordering a takeaway the dining area is perfect for socialising with your whole party. This room also features a beautiful oak fireplace. The newly fitted modern kitchen has cream cabinets with matching brick style tiles to create a clean, modern space. Fully equipped for all occasions, Willow Tree has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a beautiful focal point with the large Rangemaster cooker. Outside to the rear of the property you will find a fully enclosed, cosy and comfortable outdoor seating area with a wicker sofa, chair and table. Surrounded by lovely planting this makes an ideal place for a relaxing evening drink, or two, after your day of adventures. Upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find a beautiful, huge king size bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom boasts a comfy king size bed complete with premium bedding and linens and a large, wall mounted flat screen TV. Perfect for relaxing in bed to watch TV. The large bathroom is modern and clean with a feature roll-top bath and a separate double walk-in shower unit, WC and basin. On the second floor you’ll find the second and third bedroom, both bedrooms with modern spot lights and dormer windows, so there is no shortage of head room. In the second bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with plush bedding so you’ll enjoy your nights sleep. Matching grey wooden furniture provides ample storage space for all your holiday clothes. The third bedroom provides 2 single black and aluminium beds which are complimented by the silver embossed aluminium chest of drawers and bedside table. The landing provides additional wardrobe space if required. Willow Tree is the perfect holiday home for your visit to Whitby and you really won’t want to leave.
