As we ask that dogs are not left alone at the house we provide details of a dog sitter who can come to the house.

The front of the house is South facing and features a sun terrace with gorgeous views across the historic village to the sea. Also at the front of the house is a sheltered garden area with a fire pit for social evenings by the fire. Steps lead up to what we call the Secret Garden where you will find an outdoor dining area and BBQ. You can enjoy wonderful views across the village to the sea an ideal spot for summer barbecues and soaking up the sun.

Whitebeam Wood was named for the 1.2 acres of garden and wood which surrounds the house all fenced in with 5ft fencing. The double-aspect lounge has one side a balcony looking down over the garden and wood, on the other large patio doors lead onto the South Facing sun terrace, at the end of the lounge is a huge picture window with wonderful views over the village to the sea. A wood burner for cosy winter nights with which lovely squishy leather sofas and chairs around it. The dining area with a handmade bespoke dining table is designed for enjoying great food and company. Spacious, social well-equipped kitchen with an island that runs the full length of it with bar stools and a seating area.

All four ensuite bedrooms are also generous in size, they all have TVs. On the ground floor, The Lighthouse Suite has a super king bed and sea views with a twin-end roll-top bath and a huge shower in its bathroom.
