The Salterns (5)
Luxury self catering apartment for 4 overlooking the blue waters at Chichester Marina.Read More
Superbly appointed, 5 The Salterns is a luxury apartment set in unique setting within Chichester Marina. Tucked into the recently refurbished marine building in the heart of the Marina, 5 The Salterns offers a very special experience.
Accessed from a private front door, opening into a spacious entrance hall, the apartment benefits from two bedrooms, the master having kingsize bed, tv and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has kingsize bed and both bedrooms have windows overlooking the marina.
From the hall is the family bathroom, with both bath and spacious shower, and the whole area is calm and spacious yet cosy too. Through the glass doors from the hall you enter the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. The ‘wow’ factor here immediately draws your attention to the views from the floor to ceiling dual aspect doors that overlook the private patio and decking area for this apartment.
The kitchen, with all the latest appliances is complete with oven and microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher. When not creating some culinary feast, you can enjoy the view from the breakfast bar, dine overlooking the water or cosy up on the sofa with the satellite TV, Sonos sound system or a good book.
When the weather is warmer, you can spill out onto the patio, and enjoy watching the world go by. Everything has been designed for ease, allowing you time to soak up the atmosphere, enjoy visiting the local area and events at Goodwood and relax after a busy day. For those days when you need time out of the kitchen, just a short walk from the apartment you can enjoy The Boat House café and restaurant. Other local restaurants and information are provided on the ipad that you will find in the apartment, cycle routes, local events and helpful information are all stored here for your ease too.
Bring your bike – explore The Salterns Way – an off road route to Chichester and West Wittering beach, book lessons to learn to Surf or paddle board, or watch the marina wildlife – whatever you prefer, this is the perfect setting for a relaxing mini break!
Set in the idyllic location of Chichester Marina, this stylishly designed and immaculately presented property offers the unique opportunity to moor alongside your retreat. With views overlooking the marina this provides the perfect place for both yachtsmen and those simply wishing to explore the area.
The natural and unspoilt sandy beach of West Wittering are a short distance away and have been a favourite destination for a family day out for generations. The highest water quality and excellent facilities have made it one of the premier Blue Flag beaches in the country. West Wittering Estate also encompasses the famous National Trust site of East Head which is internationally recognised for its wildlife, birds and unique beauty.
For those wishing to stretch their legs there are beautiful walks from Chichester marina to nearby Itchenor, Chichester and Dell Quay. This is along footpaths including the Salterns.
