The Pines

The Pines is a magnificent, detached residence created with luxury in mind. Set in its own grounds it offers a superb base for your family and friends holiday escapes to the Gower Peninsula.

The house offers a spacious layout for holiday life with large living and dining spaces, a beautiful, modern kitchen, five wonderful, boutique-style bedrooms and a large garden complete with a hot tub and a snooker room.

The Pines is located in the quiet village of Gowerton, which allows for easy access to Gower and its many golden, sandy beaches. The peninsula offers some of the finest restaurants in South Wales, including the Michelin starred, Beach House in Oxwich. In addition to this there are many delightful, traditional country inn's and some fantastic local ales and ice cream parlours to savour.


Dining Room:
Dining table with seating for 10 people, a feature fireplace and a large bay window with armchairs.

Lounge: Soft-seating, feature fireplace, coffee table, Smart TV and French doors leading to the garden.

Cloakroom: WC and a basin.

Sitting Room: Further soft-seating, TV, books and board games.

Kitchen: Large central island, double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, wall and floor cupboard space. Door leading to a fully enclosed courtyard.

Study: Desk space, collection of books and games and a sound system.

First Floor

Master Suite: Superking bed, bedroom furniture, TV and a balcony overlooking the garden. En suite shower room with WC and basin.

Bedroom 2: Large room with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, soft-seating and a feature fireplace.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds and bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 4:
King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and an en suite with a WC, basin and a bath with shower over.

Bedroom 5: Single bed with a pullout, built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom: Bath, WC and a double basin.

External snooker room: Away from the main house there is a snooker room with full-sized snooker table, a WC and a shower cubicle.

External: Driveway for multiple cars. Large gardens laid to lawn, sun terrace with garden furniture and a decked area with hot tub.

Sleeps 9/10: 1 Superking, 2 King, 1 Twin, 1 Single (w/pullout, please make us aware at the time of booking if required)

C/O day - Sat. Gas CH & Under floor heating. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. CD player. Off-street parking. Large garden with patio furniture. Hot tub (Extra charge will apply - £100 for short stays and full week bookings. Must be added at time of booking). Snooker room. Travel cot & highchair.
