As you approach the cottage along the narrow green country lanes, your holiday will begin. Upon arrival at the cottage, the peace and tranquillity will help you immediately get into a relaxing frame of mind, whatever time of the year. The cottage is open plan with a really homely and cosy feel. From the living room you go through to the tastefully furnished bedroom complete with en-suite shower room. Outside the cottage is a sheltered patio perfect for alfresco dining or to simply sit and relax after a day touring the county. Opposite the cottage, there is a paddock which dogs are welcome to use and along with the many walks right from the door makes this the ideal location for dog owners. The small village of Roche is only a mile away, with an array of pubs offering a selection of locally sourced food and excellent real ales brewed in the area. The surrounding area has lots to offer, with The Eden Project just six miles away. The beautiful beach at Carlyon Bay, along with the fishing villages of Charlestown, Mevagissey and spectacular Fowey on the south coast, as well as the charming fishing villages of Padstow on the north coast are all within easy reach.
