This beautiful barn conversion has been sympathetically restored with top quality modern appliances, a well-equipped kitchen which opens out into a large open-plan dining/sitting room with a double-sided wood burning stove and french doors opening onto an enclosed garden - ideal to keep children and your four-legged friends safe. There is also a further terrace/ courtyard off the sitting room, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or lunch time and evening al fresco dining. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, quality furnishings and beautiful bathrooms all help create a luxurious feel. The ground floor has one double bedroom and family bathroom, while the first floor has three en-suite bedrooms: a super-king, king and a twin. The Cart Shed annexe, all on one level (ideal for elderly relatives), with its own gorgeous open-plan living space, kitchen and wet room has a king-size bed.
The coast at Mundesley can easily be reached on foot across the lanes and fields, and from here you can link up with the North Norfolk coastal path.
