Tucked along a country lane in Frant, near Tunbridge Wells, it is a whole-house stay for four, with two bedrooms: a main double bedroom and a characterful round kiln bedroom with a single bed and pull-out truckle. Downstairs, an AGA kitchen lends itself to slow breakfasts, while the sitting room offers a comfortable place to return after a day exploring. There is Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher, a separate boot room and laundry facilities. The private enclosed garden is exclusively for guests of The Oast. One well-behaved dog is included in your stay, with a second by prior agreement. Dogs stay downstairs and off beds and furniture. Please keep dogs on a lead outside the private garden: the wider fifteen acres are not dog-secure, and wildlife shares the grounds. Enjoy walks from the door, a village pub in Frant and the gardens, villages and countryside of the Kent and East Sussex border.
