The Mouries is a stone built, pet friendly 3 bedroom semi-detached property which has been newly refurbished to a high standard. Situated on the edge of the beach in the wildlife haven of Spey Bay on the Moray Coast with sea views from most rooms.

The property has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Downstairs there is a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. There is a large dining room with tv, a sun porch with seating area, a large lounge with log burner and tv. There is a downstairs double bedroom. Upstairs there is a twin room with a double bed and a single bed and a further double bedroom also with a single bed and a double bed. There is also a wc with toilet and wash basin.

The property benefits from central heating and wi-fi is available throughout. There are good size gardens at the front and a fully enclosed garden at the rear of the property. Lovely seating areas and ample parking on the drive. There is also an integral garage suitable for storing sports equipment etc

The closest option for food is The Bay at the end of the road which is very welcoming and serves drinks and bar meals. However, bar and kitchen opening times do change during off-peak season so do check with us when enquiring. There is a lovely walk to the Garmouth Hotel and coffee shop across the old railway bridge (around 30 minutes). Fochabers (5 minutes by car) and Buckie (10 minutes by car) have a good selection of shops, eateries and takeaways and the county town of Elgin (20 minutes) has large chain stores and 24-hour supermarkets and garages.
