The Cottage at Fronhaul

This is a converted farm building set on Fronhaul Farm in the South Wales countryside, near the market town of Whitland. The scenic, remote location and cosy interior makes this cottage a great spot for couples or friends to come and enjoy a relaxing break together. The cottage is situated a mile from the public road down a rough country track that winds along the side of the valley under a canopy of trees offering occasional glimpses of the river. Be greeted immediately with the alluring living dining room, boasting rustic quarry tiled flooring, comfortable leather sofas and a fantastic electric wooburner-effect stove to keep you warm whilst watching the TV. The Cottage comes with the added luxury of a delightful conservatory with cosy bucket seats and some incredible views across the countryside beyond. The ground floor also offers a spacious, fresh double bedroom as well as a well-appointed and stylish galley kitchen and a crisp shower room, uplifted by a velux window. The traditional narrow, steep staircase takes you up to a charming open bedroom with characterful wooden beams and a double bed. This cottage comes with a lovely sitting area out to the front where you can enjoy a nice drink, alternatively there is over 65 acres of farmland that you can wander which lead to numerous other paths including the popular Landsker Trail, as well as fishing rights in the nearby river. Whitland is a brilliant market town a short drive away which offers shops and places to eat and drink. Further afield Narberth and Carmarthen are popular destinations with plenty to see and do. The Cottage at Fronhaul is a homely cottage in a wonderfully idyllic location.
