The sandy beaches of Ryde, Sandown and Shanklin are a short drive away. The Coach House is the only unit of holiday accommodation at Guildford Farm, so it is ideal for families who want to get away from it all and have the place to themselves. The accommodation is on 2 levels and sleeps 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. The accommodation is arranged with one double bedroom on the ground floor, with a brand new walk-in shower/wc ensuite; and one double, and one twin bedded rooms upstairs. There is a separate first floor bathroom. The large fitted kitchen is well equipped and there is ample space for 8 to eat in the kitchen. The large 30ft lounge offers plenty of space to spread out. A spiral staircase leads from the lounge/diner to the first floor. From the lounge large double doors lead onto a patio area which is a suntrap in the evenings. Adjacent to the Coach House is the Games Barn with table football and table tennis. Also nearby is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a large private garden area with drying area, garden furniture and use of a BBQ. There is ample space for parking up to three cars. Havenstreet itself is famous as being home to the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, and a holiday at the Coach House is ideal for steam buffs who enjoy the sight and sounds of the steam trains puffing through the countryside nearby.
