Swn-y-don (Sound of the Wave) is a beautiful 4 bedroom seafront home that has just being completely refurbished to luxury standard. Directly in front of 3 beaches, 2 of which are dog friendly all year round. Outside space with seating, BBQ and entertainment area. Dogs welcome and most love sitting in the bay window watching the world go by. Very short walk to shops and restaurants.
Read MoreThe living room is light and airy with books, games and a TV which is eclipsed by spectacular views of the coast. The brand new modern kitchen at the back of the property has oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and well stocked with equipment. There is also a W/C. The back door leads onto a terraced garden accessed by steps with seating, BBQ and outdoor entertainment area with shelter. The first floor has a generous family bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom with bunk beds more suitable for children. A small flight of stairs leads to the large master bedroom with en-suite and desk. All 3 front facing bedrooms have stunning views of the beaches, New Quays and Aberaeron coast and if you’re lucky some dolphins! This is a wonderful house for families with easy access to 3 beaches and within walking distance of all amenities. Parking is on the street but there is a car park within walking distance from the house. Small/medium well behaved dogs are welcome.

We've stayed twice in this beautiful house, which feels like home as soon as you walk through the front door. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack which included a bottle of wine. Both the house and location are stunning, it didn't matter what the weather was, we could happily sit in the front room, daydreaming out of the window with a spectacular view, playing board games that were provided. Or we could walk along the coast which is 5 mins away, with the most amazing ice cream from the local parlour, entertained by the dolphins which regularly play in the bay, finding hermit crabs and sea glass on the beach. The house and surrounding area is totally dog friendly, with even beach towels supplied. If our dog could write reviews, she would definitely give 5 bones for it. We ordered a Tesco delivery for our supplies for the week, which was really helpful. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook anything from a roast to pancakes. There's even a coffee machine with pods provided. The best part of the holiday was waking each day with the sound of the sea and then the stunning view of the coast from your bedroom window. We can't wait to book again!
