Highlights 2 bedrooms and Sleeps 4 Dog friendly- Yes (up to 2 allowed) Enclosed garden and recreation area Ideally situated to explore the North Devon & Cornish Coast This charming barn conversion is located only 3 miles from Kilkhampton and Bradworthy which both offer pubs, shops, post offices, and takeaways. An enclosed garden ensures that children and pets are safe. There is plenty to see and do in the area with Tamar lakes reservoir within walking distance offering water sports, a 3-mile off road cycle path, fishing, and a cafe for a traditional cream tea! Popular Parkruns are held at weekends around the lake (do not forget your wrist band!).

We have stayed at Swallow Parlour several times a year for several years now . Indeed rarely book anywhere else now . Swallow parlour is a beautiful single story & very dog friendly barn close to the Devon / Cornwall border. The accommodation is well equipped - really comfy & has everything you need for your stay . The attention to detail is superb . It’s perfect for dogs with hard floors in the living area & a secure garden . The owners are available if you need anything . Our dogs & indeed some of the foster dogs we have brought along have loved it . There are some lovely beaches within a short drive away & Tamar lakes which is less than a mile away is a great spot for a walk & a cuppa at the cafe . I highly recommend Swallow Parlour for a break away from home in a beautiful part of the country.
