Also available to book for up to ten guests, with use of the first floor, we are delighted to offer this wonderful holiday home to smaller groups of up to four guests, using just two of the five bedrooms (both located on the ground floor).

Back inside, the large sitting room boasts a stunning feature fireplace with wood burning stove. Downstairs you’ll find two luxury en-suite bedrooms, one of which is mobility friendly.
This house certainly delivers on entertainment; with ultra-fast fibre broadband, a wireless sound system and smart televisions. There are gadgets to shut the blinds, make you a coffee in the morning and pretty much most things. The ambient and mood lighting is a special feature of this property. However. if you want a break from all that technology, there is always a selection of games and books to enjoy too.

Please note although there is a first floor, the doors to these bedrooms will be locked during your stay.
Please note the hot tub must be hired at additional cost – it is not included in the price of renting the property, however there will be a £50 charge payable to Norfolk Hideaways for the use of electricity should you wish to hire a hot tub.
This property is fitted with CCTV cameras to the outside of the property for your security, if you have any questions about its use please contact us.

The outside space at this property lends itself to a hot tub. If you are interested in booking a hot tub for the duration or part of your stay, do let us know and we can put you in touch with a local company who can deliver and set-up for you in advance of your arrival. However, please note that there is an additional cost for this. Approx. £65 per night.
