Bedroom 1 with super King size bed, wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bath, TV, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds and en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds and en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing station.
Sun room with seating with bi-fold doors to Juliet balcony and spectacular panoramic views.

Private parking available to the rear of the property. All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Please note a central electrical control touch-screen operates the heating, air-conditioning, lights and sound system in the whole apartment. Each room has individual controls so you can alter manually and remote controls to operate the blinds and windows.
