The ground floor boasts a double and twin bedroom, both with lovely exposed beamed ceilings, showing the wealth of character this property has, as well as showcasing country views across the surrounding farmland. Upstairs features a spacious sitting room with two sofas, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing, with the TV and warming woodburning stove as an added benefit. The dining area has seating for four people and makes for a wonderful social space for family gatherings. The kitchen has contemporary fitted units and sleek worktops, with all the appliances you could need on-hand for a relaxing weekend in the countryside. There is off-road parking available for one car. While there is no designated garden area, you will have access to the farmland the property is located in and is the perfect space for letting your four-legged friends stretch their legs. While you're staying in the area, why not take a trip towards the pretty village of Coniston which boasts The Ruskin Museum. A wonderfully historic museum which was established in 1901 and is dedicated to the Victorian art critic John Ruskin. Displaying exhibits relating to the man himself, as well as local heritage. You are ideally situated for exploring all areas of the Lake District and other parts of Cumbria. With stunning parklands, historic buildings and plenty of pubs and restaurants for fine dining.
