Shepherd's Hut specially designed for an enjoyable break with your dog. Sleeps 2/child over 8Read More
Raven's Retreat is a shepherd's hut set in a peaceful valley in Mid Wales with a Woodland Trust wood alongside. It has a dog-proof garden and a paddock for exercise and play.
The Hut has a pull-out king size bed and features a kitchen area, with microwave/grill, kettle, toaster and a log burner. Outside there is a barbecue with a pizza oven to go on top. The attached bathroom with compost toilet, bath and shower, is accessed from the veranda via a covered way and hot water is on tap. We provide all the bedding and towels and have a very good WiFi reception to make up for no mobile signal (peace and quiet!). We also offer a continental style breakfast hamper extra.
Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.
The surrounding area has many interesting walks and dog friendly pubs and it is only 28 miles to a dog friendly beach/nature reserve at Ynyslas, passing the Dyfy Osprey Centre.
Should the weather be kind and it is too hot to take your dog/dogs with you, we offer a dog sitting service.
