Pumpkin Cottage is a lovely dog friendly two bedroom cottage located in the heart of the Peak District in the beautiful village of Youlgrave. With fabulous walks straight from the doorstep and many places of interest nearby , its the perfect base for a wondereful holiday to remember.

Ideal for walkers , The Limetone Way, The White Peak Way, and The Alternative Pennine run straight through Youlgrave. Close by is Bradford Dale and Lathkill Dale. Just a few miles away is Monsall Head, Monyash, Bakewell, Haddon Hall and Chatsworth , just to name a few of the many places of interest. Cosy and welcoming, centrally heated throughout. We have a fully enclosed rear garden with nice patio area— perfect for dogs and children and storage for bikes of required.. Nice dog friendly pubs are in walking distance and two well stock grocery shops plus a delightful bakery Our lounge/ dining room features original beams, two comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs, and for snug evenings in, a gorgeous log burner. The kitchen also has original beams and is well equipped with everything you will need. An adjacent outbuilding houses a washing machine . Stairs from the kitchen lead to a central landing with two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Pumpkin Cottage has Good Wifi ; our TV is Sky Go . We provide good quality towels and duvets . Our bedding is 100% cotton. Pumpkin Cottage is a relaxing and characterful home-from-home—ideal for walkers, cyclists, couples and families. Basically anyone who is looking to enjoy the beauty of the Peak District in comfort.
