Primrose Holiday Cottage

Primrose Cottage is a beautifully converted Grade II listed cottage set in the tranquil conservation area of Winestead on the East Yorkshire Coast. The cottage sleeps two adults. Dogs are most welcome at Primrose Cottage and have the benefit of a fully enclosed garden where they can play or relax after a day at the beach. Guests can relax in the hot tub with views of the countryside and grazing ponies, while their dog roams freely in the garden.
Guests can enjoy a welcome basket of home baked bread, wine, fresh eggs from our free range hens, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. 

The cottage is all ground floor. There is one king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and one basket of logs for stove is included in the rent. Bed linen, towels and bath robes are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no smoking in the property. Shops and dog friendly pub/restaurant just 2 miles away. There are miles of dog friendly beaches and seaside towns up and down the coast. The nearest beach is just 4 miles away. A guest information folder is provided in the cottage with lots of dog friendly places to visit.
