Polly’s Place is a stylish holiday cottage in the heart of Brixham and situated over 4 floors, a vibrant fishing town on the South Devon coast. The property is in an elevated position with awesome views over the harbour and out to sea. Accommodation is stunning with stripped wood floors, wide bay windows and wood burning stove. Laid out over three floors, there’s an open plan living area with doors onto the furnished deck, great for alfresco dining overlooking the water and three bedrooms, (including a master ensuite), all beautifully furnished… perfect for six guests.

Take a stroll down to the harbour, the hub of Brixham, always a hive of activity. Stop off for fish and chips or bid for your catch at the regular fish auction, keep fishermen may like to book onto one of the regular fishing trips which run throughout the season. The whole area has many attractions including fabulous sandy beaches, Woodlands Adventure Park, Agatha Christie’s former holiday home, Greenways on the banks of the River Dart, Kents Cavern and Paignton Zoo. All within easy reach of Brixham.

Ensuite shower room: WC, hand basin.

Bedroom 2: double bed

Bedroom 3: Bunk beds.

Family bathroom: bath, WC, washbasin.

Outside: courtyard garden with harbour views.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. High chair and travel cot available. Wood burning stove. Sea views. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. WiFi available. Courtyard. Double sofa bed. Town amenities and coast within walking distance. Will accept 2  dogs. No smoking.

Notes: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
