Pebble Place is new to Filey Bay Direct in 2024, and is furnished to a high standard with new carpets throughout. Deceptively spacious, with the benefit of a separate lounge and dining/kitchen, its an excellent choice for a family of up to 6, or a multi-generational group. The kitchen-diner has booth seating for up to 6 plus room for a high chair. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and under-counter fridge with ice box. The lounge has 2 large sofas, armchair, large screen TV, wii for games, and access to the courtyard area with seating and BBQ. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed with storage around and a new dressing table and TV and its own ensuite shower room The second bedroom has a day bed which can be made up as a single or can be extended to make a king size if required The third bedroom is a spacious twin with wardrobe and bedside tables. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Parking spaces to the front (across the road) or the rear. One small dog welcome.
