Old Barn House is a charming cottage providing a luxurious getaway for up to eight guests, plus additional infants in cots, in the four double bedrooms (including one accessible room on the ground floor). It is situated amidst rolling countryside with open views, yet accessible to the major road network and many fantastic attractions and activities. The characterful property boasts a private outdoor hydrotherapy jacuzzi hot tub, beautiful mature garden and ample parking. It has been designed with comfort, luxury and modern living in mind including a fully fitted kitchen, Egyptian cotton linen, luxury towels, Hypnos mattresses, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows, Wi-Fi throughout and Smart TVs with Netflix. The property is dog-friendly, maximum of two dogs which must be booked in advance (£25 per dog, per stay) and are provided with their own doggie welcome pack. The outside patio area has comfortable rattan furniture, gas BBQ (available October to May inclusive), a double hammock and a range of outdoor games (football post, badminton set, cricket set, rounders set). As well as the range of outdoor games to keep any age entertained, we can also provide a travel cot, highchair with straps, stair gate and plastic cutlery for infants – therefore offering a family friendly getaway. A Coarse Fishing Lake is a short distance (350m) from the cottage stocked with carp, bream, tench and other silverfish. Guests must provide their own fishing equipment and license to fish. Day fishing is complimentary to guests by prior arrangement. We have been accredited with Visit England “Good to Go”, the AA “COVID confidence” as well as the gold standard accreditation “Safe, Clean, Legal” from Quality in Tourism. The safety of our family, team and guests during the unprecedented times presented by COVID-19 is our priority. We offer weekend breaks (Friday to Monday), mid-week breaks (Monday to Friday) or weekly breaks (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday). Therefore our check-in and check-out days are Monday and Friday
