The cottage sleeps 4 persons with two bedrooms. One large bedroom with a king size bed and Tv ,and the other holds two single beds. There is a single toilet and a single bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs there is an open lounge/dining area with a large dining table that hosts 6 people should you want to invite friends or family to visit for a meal together. Whilst sitting at the table or on the sofa, you can look out to the beautiful views from the large patio windows. Outside is a bistro table and four chairs to have those relaxing moments on a morning in the sun with a coffee. The lounge has a Tv with DVD player. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, along with a combination oven/microwave, coffee machine, slow cooker and intergrated fridge freezer. The kitchen looks out onto the second seating area, the lower decking which has a large table to seat 8 people and is situated beside a water feature, ideal for those family meal times in the summer. Also on the decked area is a spiral staircase leading to the third garden area, a raised deck which overlooks the countryside. You can sit and relax with a drink and should you be lucky enough, watch the wildlife running about in the fields. A great sun trap when the weather is good and amazing sunsets to see on an evening. In the village is a lovely dog friendly pub, The Black Bull Inn and has a large seating area outside.,Guests from the cottage receive 10% discount on their meals and it’s only a few yards from the property. No taxis needed. About 2 miles away there are another three pubs, all very different depending on what you are looking for. Moulton View is a quiet village so if you are looking for nightlife then this place is not for you, but if you are wanting relaxation, beautiful views and countryside then look no further. Easy access to the A1M and A66 allowing you to explore many different locations. Richmond is only a 15 minute drive away where you can walk along the River Swale. Other market towns such as Barnard Castle and Northallerton only 20-30 minutes drive. The Yorkshire Dales has so much to offer and staying in Moulton View is great for families, couples and friends wanting to see the area. If you like walking, the coast to coast walk starts 2 mile away. Cyclists will also find the area breath taking. The cottage can hold two cycles in the main entrance of the cottage.
