Manor House Stables

Situated 4 miles from Woodhall Spa, the Manor House Stables is ideally located in the middle of Lincolnshire and is only half an hour from Lincoln and an hour’s drive to the coast. The area is great for walking, cycling, fishing, wildlife, star-gazing and relaxing. The long-distance Route 1 walk is accessed just a few miles away and you and your dog can walk either towards Lincoln or Boston. Or you can walk from Woodhall Spa to Horncastle on the Spa Trail which runs along the woods along the old train line or follow part of the Viking Way which runs through much of the county. There are many dog-friendly places in Lincolnshire, including the Cottage Museum in Woodhall Spa, many of the pubs in the area and a number of restaurants.
The Hayloft and Bothy area part of our converted stables next to the Manor House which we converted using historic methods and eco-friendly materials. The beautiful Hayloft is up a set of stone steps (with the garden at the bottom of the steps) and sleeps 2 in a main bedroom plus 2 children in an unusual box bed in the living area whilst the ground floor cosy Bothy is all at one level and sleeps 2 plus a child and has direct access to its little garden outside the back door. Both the Hayloft and the Bothy have lovely little kitchens, wood-burning stoves and beautiful bathrooms! We want to make sure you and your dog enjoy your stay – you are welcomed with a hamper of goodies and now we provide one for your dog too!
