A detached older style bungalow with superb sea views. Set in a cliffside garden looking across the cove of Portmellon and beyond to the far side of St Austell Bay and along the coast for several miles. Portmellon has safe bathing and a seasonal pub and the shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour at Mevagissey are half a mile.
The unspoilt coastal village of Gorran Haven is 2 miles, the world-renowned Lost Gardens of Heligan are 4 miles and the popular Eden Project is about 30 minute by car.Stay - The Accommodation...
Tucked below a lane that leads to Chapel Point cove (with a detached garage and space for an additional car at lane level), a gate and path with three steps down leads to a fence and second gate into the garden immediately adjoining the bungalow. The front door leads through a sun room into a pleasant sitting / dining room with superb sea views from the window. The adjacent fitted kitchen "borrows" the views through a wide hatchway.
A small hallway to one side of the sitting room gives access to a bathroom W.C. with vanity basin and a shower over the bath and two bedrooms. There is a twin bedded room with sea views and French Doors opening to the verandah, and a double bedroom with a 5' kingsize bed which has direct access to a utility area with sink, a W.C. and a shower room with hand basin.
From the sitting room a covered verandah leads through a stable door to one of the lawned areas of the garden which is on several levels and not suitable for unsupervised young children or dogs since it is not fenced on the seaward side.Don't forget...
- Garden not suitable for unsupervised young children
- Towels are available at £2 per person per week payable on arrival
- This property welcomes a maximum of two dogs
