Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and low occupancy rates all year for up to 4 people using 2 bedrooms. 2 minutes from the dog friendly all year beach. On the transpennine trail. Secure garden with 6 foot walls and gates. Digital lock on gate for extra security. No dog restrictions or charges and happy to take up to about 4/5 dogs, size dependant and number of people- about comfort and nothing else. Parks, beach, long walks all from the door. Field to hire also 2 minutes away. Just perfect.

No need to leave Hornsea if you don't want to. Low occupancy rates available if you just need 2 of the 3 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms, 2 king size and 1 twin, sleeping 6. Large corner bath and walk in shower. Downstairs is good sized kitchen/dining room and a living room with 2 three seater sofas. Small conservatory and a garden shed made into a beach bar! Very secure garden with walls and gates locking internally and the one leading to the transpennine trail locked with a digital, keyless, pad. No dog restrictions in the house and no dog charges. Multi dog friendly too.

Just perfect place for you, your dogs, friends and family to unwind and have a great holiday. Lots there for a very easy visit including we'll stocked kitchen, bathroom, dog throws, dog towels, poo bags, leads bowls, stroller, stair gatea and a crate if needed and even boogy boards and wet suits!
