Kingfisher Holiday Cottage is our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom dog friendly privately owned holiday cottage set in 16 acres of beautiful gardens with lots of free shared amenities including tennis courts, splash pool, large 8 seater hot tub, gym, outdoor and indoor children’s play area including soft play, bistro cafe bar on site. Recently completely refurbished we offer a modern kitchen, drinks fridge, fridge freezer, large TV with Netflix etc, upgraded WIfI package, newly fitted shower room and newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower. 3 large spacious double bedrooms with king size bed, double bed and one with twin beds. High chair, travel cot and stair gate supplied on request. Walking distance or 2 minutes by car to 3 sandy beaches,bustling Falmouth and the SW coastal path. Lots of great dog friendly pubs and restaurants within walking distance too. Private south facing patio with portable dog fence and parking space adjacent to cottage with EV charging stations. We have our own outside water tap perfect for washing off sandy paws and toes. Huge private 2 acre field perfect for ball games, picnics with wild flower area, trim trail and dog exercising area. We provide doggy treats on arrival and poo bags. There is a lovely trout stream running through the site, paddling optional! Dogs are allowed on the sofas but we ask you bring your own throws and blankets. There is a one off charge of £25 which goes to the Housekeeping team for any extra work involved in cleaning. IF YOU MENTION THIS SITE THE FEE WILL BE WAIVED.Our own dog Poppy loves it there as so many squirrels to chase and off lead walks once off site including a fabulous scenic walk to our local beach over the headland, approximately 35 minutes. The bistro on site welcomes dogs as do most of the pubs and restaurants, both those within walking distance and just a very short journey by car. As part of your holiday package, we provide lots of dog friendly information to make your holiday as easy and stressfree as possible. Lots to do and see locally including Glendurgan Gardens, Trelissick Estate, Via Ferrata outdoor activity centre, Kernow Water Park, Flicka donkey sanctuary and Cornwall Seal sanctuary and central to visit most Cornish attractions.
