We have been providing a personal booking service for a small selection of completely independent and individually owned holiday properties in and around Keswick since 1987. Our properties are all 4* standard and several of them are dog friendly.

Brandelhowe and Withesike, apartment in Derwent House in Portinscale. Recently refurbished to a very high standard both Brandelhowe and Withesike welcome you and your dog to stay. Brandelhowe is a two bedroom ground floor apartment with two double bedroom and two bathrooms, sleeping four. It has its own entrance off the street and parking. Withesike is on the first floor, has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with super lounge/diner and living space. 

3 Grizedale Close is a modern, semi-detached bungalow in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of Keswick town centre. It sleeps 4 in a double and twin bedroom and has a family bathroom. Beautifully decorated & furnished throughout, carefully equipped & in excellent condition with full double glazing and gas central heating. On an elevated site looking out over the roof tops of Keswick with a panoramic view west, from Cat Bells across the Bassenthwaite valley to the Skiddaw range. There is an enclosed garden at the rear and garden furniture is provided for the summer months.

Riverside View is a stylishly refurbished, light and airy two bedroom (a double and spacious twin) ground floor apartment with a family bathroom. It is set in peaceful grounds only a short walk from the town centre, the towns parks and Derwentwater. It has allocated parking so no need to take the car out. Often visited by ducks and pheasants from the river bank, you can walk from the door straight onto the fells.

Derwent Cottage is a modern two bedroom town house within a quiet, residential courtyard a couple of minutes’ level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater and the fells beyond. The house has been refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and appliances. It has a double bedroom and twin with family bathroom. The furniture and decoration is all new, clean and fresh. It is a warm and cosy base for your holiday with full gas central heating and constant hot water supply from a combi boiler. 

There is free wi-fi available at all of our properties and they all include towels and linens. A cot and high chair can be provided if required.
