Kates Boats offers a range of cruises, including the Warwickshire Ring, a comfortable one week tour with a cruising time of 54 hours and involving 94 locks. The Thomas David is a 38ft narrowboat, suited to novices, that underwent a complete refit in 2015. Domestic items including washing up liquid, scouring pads, dishcloths, tea towels, cream cleaner and toilet rolls are included. Standard domestic three pin sockets, plus integral hairdryer. The saloon has two bench seats, which can be made up as a double or two singles in the evening. There is a TV/DVD and stereo radio/CD player. The galley area, meanwhile, has a full-size four burner cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment, and sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. Sleeping accommodation involves a rear cabin with a cross over double bed. There is storage for clothes with a wardrobe, airing cupboard and a locker. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and flushing toilet with wash basin.
