Hot Tub on the Hill

Our cottage has a very spacious 'upside down' layout. There is a cosy log burner, wifi, balcony off the first floor lounge, large bedroom with patio doors. We have a very large bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle and a spacious well equipped kitchen/diner. Stunning views are available from all rooms and also to be enjoyed whilst relaxing in your private hot tub. The cottage is set within 10 acres of Welsh countryside with walkways/paths to explore. We are approximately 10 miles from our nearest beach on the south coast at Llansteffan and only 40 minutes from popular west coast spots such as New Quay, Penbryn and Aberporth. Tenby and Saundersfoot are well under an hour away as well. Many local attractions nearby including Pembrey Country Park (mini golf, dry slope skiing, beach), Historic castles, golf course within 15 minutes, surfing within an hour, National Botanical Gardens of Wales. The historic town of Carmarthen within 25 minutes with its market, castle, historic velodrome. With Carmarthenshire being the cycling hub of Wales there are numerous cycle tracks/trails both on and off road to explore and the graded mountain bike routes at Brechfa Forest. You will have the entire cottage to yourselves. There are lovely spacious garden areas with patio, bbq, badminton/volleyball net and also over 10 acres of hillside grounds/paths to explore during your stay. There is a private decking area with hot tub for your sole use. We reside in a separate property nearby within the grounds so we are available to answer your queries and help throughout your stay should you require. We will also undertake the required maintenance to the hot tub throughout your stay. There is a very large parking area available and this is shared with us. We are in a beautiful rural location situated half a mile down a farm track off the public lane. Beautiful area for walking, cycling, birdwatching and star gazing. The nearest shops are in Carmarthen or St Clears. It’s so peaceful and tranquil here - just perfect to escape from it all. There are country pubs within 15 minutes and local amenities such as 10 pin bowling/go karting/horse riding/9 or 18 hole golf course etc., within easy access. There are plenty of local attractions to visit - golf course within 15 mins drive, Botanical Gardens, the beautiful Cenarth Falls, famous historic castles, farms/zoos and many more. There are country pubs within 15 minutes and local amenities such as 10 pin bowling/go karting/horse riding/9 or 18 hole golf course etc., within easy access.
