This modern and contemporary holiday home is the perfect retreat for groups of friends or families holidaying together, located close to the historic town of Corfe Castle and the seaside town of Swanage. The property benefits from four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an outdoor swimming pool (for use March - September) and hot tub. Picture windows frame the stunning views of the rolling countryside from the main living space, you can even see the steam train track that runs beyond the garden. The garden is decked in levels, with plenty of outdoor seating, hot tub, sauna, swimming pool and even a fully functioning kitchen, with BBQ and pizza oven.

The main living room is open plan and sociable, brought to life by a centrally suspended wood burner and grand piano. The two ground floor bedrooms, snug TV room and ground floor bathrooms are accessed from doors coming off the main living space. On the first floor is a large mezzanine balcony and seating area, overlooking the ground floor. Doors from this seating area lead to two further bedrooms, each with single bunk beds for children, a games room and a family bathroom.

Size: Sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms.
Beds: King size bed, double bed, 2 single bunk beds for children.
Rooms: Open plan kitchen / dining / living room, utility room, snug room, 4 x bedrooms (2 on ground floor), ground floor shower room, en-suite bathroom, first floor family bathroom, games room, seating area on mezzanine balcony. 
Kitchen/Utilities: Electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Utility Room: washing machine, tumble dryer. 
Entertainment: Flat screen TV in snug room, Playstation, DVD player, games room with TV, books and games. Please note there is no TV in the main living room.
Parking: Private parking for up to 4 cars on driveway.
General: WiFi included, towels and bedding included, please bring your own cot bedding and beach towels. 
Pets: Two pets welcome!
